The universe communicates to us in the form of synchronicity. Often this is in the form of repeated numbers, as the universe is actually comprised of numbers.

When we experience synchronicity, it means we are in a highly psychic state. Or we have been in such a high vibrational state for a while, that our intuition is able to receive these messages.
